The goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

It should retain the original appearance so please don't use it if it doesn't suit you.
Keep all labels as well as receipts confirming the purchase from our store.

Jewelry:

According to Ordinance 55 of 1998 of consumer rights Protection jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
However in some cases we are ready to consider an exchange your order within 2 weeks from the date of receipt if you return the product in original condition.

Please note that shipping for returns/exchanges of any items is at the buyer's expense.
